About Us

Bruce Feldman

Bruce is a native of Rockport and owner of Gove & Feldman Insurance Agency. Bruce served as president of the Greater Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce in 2019. He is looking forward to working with the members of the Rockport Community Land Trust to bring affordable housing to Rockport.

Sarah Wilkinson
& her family

A lifelong Rockporter, Sarah is dedicated to creating affordable housing for families. A serial
under-achiever, when she’s not driving her two sons to baseball, soccer, basketball, or band
practice, she’s also on the Rockport Select Board, Commodore of the local yacht club, and a
founding member of a local drug treatment nonprofit.

Don Southard

Don has lived in Rockport for 10 years with his wife Christine and their dog Bogey. He retired as CEO of a medical device company. He serves as a member of Rockport Finance Committee, and on boards of Rockport Golf Club, Cape Ann Elm and Thatcher Island Association. When he’s not in meetings, you can usually find him on the golf course, yes even in the winter.

Geoffry Juviler

Proud father, grandfather and all-around really good guy, Geoff grew up spending summers in Rockport.
He now works as a high-flying investment type in Boston. He is the treasurer of the Rockport
Educational Foundation and keeps busy in his rare spare time with gardening.

Robert Rosenfield

After spending summers here for many years, Bob moved to Rockport full-time three years ago. He claims to be retired from a successful business career, but in addition to working on affordable housing, he’s starting a new business, runs an impact investing fund and, oh, a few other things.

Tim Thurman

Tim moved to Cape Ann in 1985 after studying architecture in Boston. He and his wife Cheryl have raised a family here and grown Treehouse Design, a Rockport residential Design/Build company that employs 20 local people. Treehouse got its start partnering with the Wellspring Community Land Trust and developing over 50 permanently affordable homes in Gloucester. When Tim’s not at his drawing board, and Cheryl’s not at her easel they are hiking in Dogtown with their dog Tallyho or Sailing Sandy Bay on their sloop Sanderling.

Denise Donnelly

Denise has lived in Rockport for 30 years. After decades of commuting to Boston and New York City, Denise now spends her days hiking the woods with her dog Coco Petunia. When she isn’t working on affordable housing, she also serves on the Rockport Select Board.
